About Bizosphere
The domain for Bizosphere was inspired by combining business and blogosphere, and was held as a possible business oriented blog or link promoting site. Bizosphere.com was put into service as the new home of CotC in early 2007, in concert with and to reinforce perception of moderate changes to the original carnival. For a time it served a primarily administrative role, hosting information and announcements. Then in January 2008, Bizosphere became the fixed home of CotC, no longer a blog carnival under the prior definition, and was also intended to feature links and content, primarily on business and economic topics, as a blog in its own right.
In the latter half of 2009, to the extent I continued to publish Carnival of the Capitalists, it was returned to thecotc.com, its one time administrative home. Most recently, all bells and whistles and efforts to keep it regular and pretty have been abandoned. Posts and articles included are published in the Twitter CotC stream first, then anything there publishes automatically in digest form once each week.
And Bizosphere? While it seems we are all business bloggers now, business and economics remain interests of mine. I intend to write on those topics here, and to expand on my thoughts as desired on selected links also included in CotC.
